The Naples Players (TNP) present the Pulitzer Prize-finalist play Marjorie Prime, written by Jordan Harrison, which runs February 6 - March 3, 2019 in the Tobye Studio Theatre at The Naples Players Sugden Theatre.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) will begin previews for the MOBILE UNIT's production of Shakespeare's A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM on Sunday, October 28. Directed by Jenny Koons, the free sit-down run of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM follows a three-week tour to five boroughs bringing Shakespeare to audiences who have limited or no access to the arts. A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM will run through Saturday, November 17 with an official press opening on Friday, November 2.

After a sell-out run in June this year in which Laura Linney made her London Theatre debut, she will return to the Bridge to reprise the title role in Richard Eyre's production of My Name is Lucy Barton. Running from 23 January -16 February 2019 for a strictly limited 26 performances, this haunting dramatic monologue is adapted by Rona Munro from Pulitzer Prize-winning Elizabeth Strout's 2016 New York Times best-selling short novel of the same name. The Harold Clurman Laboratory Theater Company has announced a limited engagement of Henry James' classic horror tale The Turn of the Screw in an adaptation by Jeffrey Hatcher. Under the direction of Don K. Williams, the production will feature Sean Spann and Emily Sulzberger playing a total of 10 roles between them. Opening is set for Today, September 29, at 8pm.

Directed by six-time Helen Hayes Award-winner Aaron Posner, the production features Kate Eastwood Norris (Macbeth, The Taming of the Shrew) as Philip Faulconbridge (the Bastard) and Holly Twyford (A Midsummer Night's Dream, Arcadia) as Arthur's tragic mother, Constance. American Blues Theater announces encore performance run of BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story, written by Alan Janes, directed by Lili-Anne Brown, with musical direction by Ensemble Member Michael Mahler. BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story will close as planned on May 26, 2018 and reopen June 29 - September 15, 2018 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Tickets will be on sale for the encore run on May 15, 2018.
