Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre Artistic Director/co-Founder Fred Anzevino has announced the company's 2014-15 season. The season will include two musicals - both to be directed by Anzevino - and two cabarets saluting two great - and very different - musical theater songwriters. The company's much-acclaimed music directors - Jeremy Ramey and Aaron Benham - will be back, providing musical direction for two shows each.

Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) announces the cast and creative team for the Houston premiere of Disney's The Little Mermaid, based on the classic animated film of the same title. The musical will run June 13 - 29 in Hobby Center's Sarofim Hall and then play the Atlanta premiere at the Fabulous Fox Theatre from July 8 - 13. Although his career spans four decades, Clint Holmes is in the midst of a significant breakthrough. Having spent the last 20 years as one of Vegas's most successful entertainers, he has, over the last two years, in his 60s, achieved tremendous acclaim with solo shows in New York at the legendary Cafe Carlyle. Reviewing Holmes' tribute to Paul Simon and Cole Porter last year at the Cafe, Stephen Holden wrote in The New York Times that Holmes merged 'the excitement of Las Vegas and the sophistication of Manhattan' and further described Holmes as 'a brainy showman.' Holmes' 2011 Cafe Carlyle debut, Remembering Bobby Short, was equally beloved. He shifts the focus to his own remarkable life story with Stop This Train, returning to the venue trough October 12.
