Working as a PT Clinical Specialist in Chronic Pain, Judith never imagined being on the other side of the provider-patient relationship. She now shares her journey in the hilarious and heartbreaking solo show a?oeWelcome to the Cancer Caféa?? at The Marsh Berkeley. Her goal is to share the profound lessons she has learned along the way to educate and hopefully bring some healing to others. Proceeds from each performance will be donated to a local cancer organization chosen by Judith.

Wild Swan Theater drama camps are fun experiences where kids can feel safe and comfortable exploring the imaginative world of theater. The record reflects Knapp's experience of the past two years as a Brooklyn musician jumping headfirst into a hit Broadway show, sustaining an injury on the job and facing a paranoid convalescent comedown. Written and directed by Zack Fine, "Bewilderness" invites us into the upside-down, creatively chaotic world of a playwright inspired by and obsessed with the great American philosopher, Henry David Thoreau. In this madcap comedy, the famous cabin on Walden Pond plays host not only to Thoreau, but also to his brother, his mother, Ralph Waldo Emerson, some singing doctors, and a wisecracking woodchuck.
Pacific Symphony's initial December concert hints at holiday celebrations to come with a program entitled Holiday Classics: Nutcracker Sweet, (Dec. 6, 7 and 8). Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 2 with Markus Groh as soloist opens the program. The rest of the program includes Vaughan Williams' majestic work for string orchestra, 'Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis' and selections from Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker alongside arrangements of Tchaikovsky's music by Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn. These concerts include image magnification for audiences to get a closer look at the music making projected onto big screens in the concert hall.
