11th Hour Theatre Company is pleased to present the Philadelphia Premiere of Rooms: a rock romance. This musical will run April 9-May 2 at the Independence Black Box at the Prince Music Theater, 1412 Chestnut Street. The show will open on Thursday, April 15. Tickets cost $27 - $30. There is a three dollar discount for all tickets purchased online. Tickets for preview performances cost $19 - there is no discount on preview tickets. The Boomerang Theatre Company (Tim Errickson, Artistic Director; Sue Abbott, Managing Director) will include new productions of plays by Anton Chekhov, Shakespeare, Christopher Fry, as well as a world premiere production and new play development in their 2010 season. The season begins with the FIRST FLIGHT new play festival, followed by an outdoor production of THE TEMPEST in June and July, and concludes with the company's annual three play rotating rep series in September.

Lincoln Center Festival and Park Avenue Armory, in association with The Ohio State University will bring the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) to New York in July and August 2011 for an unprecedented six-week residency. The joint announcement was made today by Nigel Redden, Director, Lincoln Center Festival; Rebecca Robertson, President and CEO, Park Avenue Armory; and Michael Boyd, Artistic Director of the RSC.
