Seattle-based synth-pop band RUB will take the stage at the Neptune Theatre on September 5, 2025, as the first recipient of the Live at The Neptune initiative. The six-piece group, formed in 2022, blends uplifting lyrics with vibrant synth-pop sounds, aiming to create feel-good music that resonates with audiences. The event will also feature performances from support acts PARISALEXA and MEGACAT, who were finalists in the grant program. RUB's live performance will be recorded, and they will receive additional resources such as mixing, mastering, and a vinyl pressing of their album.
