Opera Center Open House at Opera Center

Seattle Opera and Classical KING give audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the workings of two of Seattle's premiere arts organizations, with tours of the Opera Center facilities, live performances from regional musicians, and community art activities. Highlights include a mariachi performance from Highline School District musicians, a Season Preview Concert of the 2026/27 mainstage operas, a recital by Seattle Opera Guild Singer Development Award winners, a Youth Opera Project showcase, and tours of the Costume Shop, Props Department, and Classical KING broadcast studios. Visitors can also learn a dance from Salome Associate Director & Choreographer Carmine De Amicis and join a sing-along led by Chorus Master Michaella Calzaretta.
