Spotlight: NOT ANOTHER ISEKAI at West of Lenin Theatre
Not Another Isekai!! Or that time I got reincarnated in an improv show
isekai [ee-seh-kai] (noun): a Japanese genre of fantasy or science fiction in which a protagonist is transported to or reincarnated in another world. A hero from our world is summoned into a brand new one, where mysterious prophecies, strange creatures, and magical forces are waiting. Inspired by the isekai genre, this fully improvised fantasy comedy adventure creates a brand new story every night, blending big laughs, imaginative world-building, and the thrill of watching an ordinary person dropped into an extraordinary quest.
A co-production between Jet City Improv and Pork Filled Productions.
Tickets: $20-$30
Pay-What-You-Can Thursdays
Each performance features a special guest who gets isekai’d into a one-night-only world, as the cast build the adventure around them in real time.
