The Breakup Variety Hour at Assembly, George Square - Studio Four

The Breakup Variety Hour is a glitter-soaked, pop-powered one-woman show created and performed by Ariana DiLorenzo, better known as Ariana and the Rose, tracing the six stages of getting over heartbreak. Blending live synth-pop, comedy and immersive storytelling, the show follows the emotional arc of a relationship's end, from shock and denial through to rediscovery and self-reclamation, delivered with humour, honesty and anthem-level performance. The show premiered at Joe's Pub in New York City and has since toured across the US, London and Australia, including runs at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Sydney Comedy Festival. DiLorenzo's wider credits include performing on The Kelly Clarkson Show and performing with Coldplay on Saturday Night Live.
