THE LISTIES: 110% READY to Return to Edinburgh Fringe with New Kids Comedy Show
Matt Kelly and Rich Higgins bring their 'kidult comedy' to Edinburgh, winners of the Fringe Bestie Award for Best Kids Show.
Fringe family favourites The Listies will return to Edinburgh with their brand-new show 110% Ready - a high-energy comedy disaster movie about the most perilous mission of all: leaving the house on time.
Rich is determined to do the impossible. Today is the day. Shoes on, bags packed, out the door. Easy peasy. Matt, however, has other ideas. Expect a poop-load of puns, slapstick, a splash of improvisational idiocy and the Snot Ness Monster. The Listies: 110% Ready provides proper laughs for kids (4+) - and even bigger laughs for the adults who have lived through this exact scenario every single morning.
Winner of the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe Bestie Award for Best Kids Show, 110% Ready is The Listies at their absolute best: fast, funny, and just a little bit out of control. This new show is The Listies' hilarious love letter to the chaos of family life - the kind where you're standing at the front door, keys in hand, wondering how it took 45 minutes to put on a single shoe. Rich plays the eternal optimist who is convinced today will run smoothly. Matt plays everything else.
Together, Matt and Rich create a perfectly recognisable (and wildly exaggerated) portrait of the daily scramble. Over 15+ years, the duo has built a reputation as masters of 'kidult comedy', creating shows where children and parents alike laugh outrageously.
Richard Higgins and Matt Kelly comment, Every family we've ever performed for has had a morning disaster story. Parents have said the show was 'triggering'. We wanted to make a show that acknowledges that chaos and finds the joy in it. 110% Ready is about the gap between what we plan and what actually happens, which turns out to be the funniest place in the world. Which is really a show about every family, everywhere.
Part of the House of Oz Edinburgh 2026 season, 110% Ready sees The Listies deliver a show that's 110% ready - even if the characters aren't. Performances will run from August 2-16.
