Fireworks on the Lake - America 250 at Nathan Benderson Park

Fireworks on the Lake - America 250 is a patriotic celebration honoring America's 250th anniversary, featuring live music, family activities, and a fireworks display launched from the center of the lake. Local favorite Sugar Vibe performs from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., followed by The Pops Orchestra of Bradenton and Sarasota, directed by conductor Robyn Bell, performing a patriotic concert from 8:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. The 65-piece Pops Orchestra will take audiences on a historical musical journey through America's military and patriotic achievements over the past 250 years, continuing to provide live accompaniment throughout the fireworks display. The event also features a Kids Zone presented by Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, food trucks, and on-site broadcasts from 92.1 CTQ's Lulu and Maverick.
