Set at the estate of a wealthy family in the french countryside, Ring Round the Moon is equal parts comedy, farce and fairytale.

Hugo's identical twin brother, Frederic, plans to announce his engagement to a spoiled heiress at this evenings ball. The cold hearted and cynical, Hugo, knows that Frederic's fiance does not love him.  So, he hatches an elaborate plane to save Frederic, who is shy and sensitive, from a loveless marraige.  His plan, however, gets out of hand partially due to his wealthy aunt and because of the antics of his cousin, a ballerina, her mother, a millionaire, a patron to the arts and numerous others.  Mayhem ensues and the result=a great night at the theatre - complete with dancing, fights, fits and even a duel!  A delightful midsummer treat under the stars.
