After two successful runs of his solo show, iTom_shuffle, at San Francisco's The Garage, and this past spring at Theatre Asylum in Hollywood, Tom Orr is wrapping up the 2008 Summer Cabaret Series with his new act, I Feel a Thong Coming On! With dozens of dirty little ditties in his risqué repertoire, Orr has reunited with his original Dirty Little Showtunes! collaborators, director F. Allen Sawyer and musical director Scrumbly Koldewyn, to build this new piece made up of his filthiest, funniest, raunchiest and bawdiest Broadway parodies. His provocative lyrics are set to familiar melodies from such shows as Wicked, Aida, The Producers, Annie, Oklahoma!, Hello, Dolly!, Gypsy, Funny Girl, Hairspray, Disney & more, all with a xx twist!Since 1997, award-winning San Francisco lyricist-playwright-singer-dancer-actor-comedian-director and "musical comedy cabaret porn star" Tom Orr entertains with his smart, satirical parodies, i.e. Dirty Little Showtunes!, his critically-acclaimed, crowd-pleasing cult hit revue that has enjoyed successful productions in San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Houston & the 2006 Minneapolis Fringe Festival, won a Bay Area Theatre Critics award, and was "perhaps the gayest show ever!" (Bay Area Reporter).
