Katya Smirnoff-Skyy Returning to to Feinstein's at the Nikko, 12/16-17

By:

San Francisco's favorite Russian redhead, Katya Smirnoff-Skyy, returns to Feinstein's at the Nikko with her award-winning holiday show, Katya...A Holiday Spectacular, for two performances only - Wednesday, December 16 (7 p.m.) and Thursday, December 17 (8 p.m.). Sure to make your Yuletide Gay, Katya will delight you with a fun-filled evening of belting, banter, and ball gowns to bolster your holiday spirit(s)! With songs ranging from classic holiday fair, to Popera, to disco, there is something for everyone in this heartwarming and brilliantly funny journey through Katya's holiday misadventures. Katya will be joined on-stage by musical director Joseph Wicht. Tickets for Katya Smirnoff-Skyy range in price from $30-$45 and are available now by calling 866.663.1063 or visiting www.ticketweb.com.

With a career spanning...a very, very long time, Katya claims to have invented Popera, romanced William Shatner, and lived next to John Lennon at the Dakota during her stint in New York City during the 1970's. Once Eastern Europe's greatest Mezzo-Soprano...understudy, the Countess now spends her days beautifying the masses at Macy's Department store, as everyone's favorite Chanel counter lady. She spends her evenings crooning and drinking her away through the finer theaters, bars and bathhouses of America.

The creation of San Francisco native, J. Conrad Frank, Katya has appeared in various theatrical runs and nightclubs including The New Conservatory Theater, The Eureka Theater, Trannyshack, and monthly shows at San Francisco's premier piano bar Martuni's.

Located within Hotel Nikko (222 Mason Street, San Francisco), Feinstein's at the Nikko presents a wide range of entertainers from stage and screen all within an intimate 140-seat cabaret setting. There is a $20 food and beverage minimum per person inside the showroom which guests can use towards cocktails as well as a variety of small plates crafted exclusively for Feinstein's at the Nikko, through Restaurant Anzu. Cheese and dessert platters will also be available in the showroom.
