Beards Beards Beards, SF Theatre Co, Hosts Fundraising Party 4/19
Beards Beards Beards, a new theatre company in San Francisco founded by Amanda Dolan and Joey Price, will host a Fundraising Party on Saturday, April 19 to benefit their coming August production of Price's Emo! The Musical.
The event will be held on Saturday April 19 at 10PM at The SF Mime Troupe (855 Treat Ave, between 21st & 22nd St, in the Mission). $5 cover, $3 drinks; with live DJ and dancing.

Joey Price (Co-Founder) was the original writer, composer and lyricist of Emo! The Musical, presented by the Players' Club of SFSU in the spring of 2006. Joey also directed Urinetown, The Musical in February 2007, also presented by the Players' Club of San Francisco. His recent theatrical appearances included roles in Floyd Collins at SFSU, directed by Barbara Damashek; and A Servant of Two Masters at the Phoenix Theatre, directed by Rick Scarpello.
Amanda Dolan (Co-Founder), an original company member of Emo! The Musical (Spring 2006), recently starred as Juno in Jacques Offenbach's comedic operetta Orpheus in the Underworld, directed by Roy Conboy presented by the theatre, dance and art departments at SFSU. She also starred as Ms. Pennywise in Urinetown, The Musical in February 2007, directed by Joey Price as a special presentation by the SFSU Players' Club. Amanda's other theatre experience includes roles in Floyd Collins directed by Barbara Damashek, a reputable Bay Area favorite and Tony Award-nominated director Amanda is currently the Communications Director and Box Office Manager for Mountain Play Association.
