Playwrights Project’s 36th Plays by Young Writers Festival, streaming virtually, features plays written by California students that were chosen through our 2020 California Young Playwrights Contest! Out of over 243 submissions, five students won the opportunity for their plays to be professionally produced. Four young writers will receive full productions of their plays, and one younger writer will have her script presented as a staged reading. Join us in celebrating the creativity of this upcoming generation!
