DrumatiX Will Present RHYTHM DELIVERED at San Diego Fringe Festival
The Audience Choice-winning show returns to Centro Cultural de la Raza in Balboa Park for four performances only
DrumatiX, the award-winning creative percussion company known for transforming everyday objects into live music, returns to the San Diego International Fringe Festival this May with Rhythm Delivered, its signature high-energy, interactive, family-friendly show where anything can become music.
After winning Audience Choice at the 2024 San Diego International Fringe Festival, DrumatiX brings Rhythm Delivered back to Fringe for four performances at Centro Cultural de la Raza in Balboa Park on May 16, 17, 23, and 24.
Fresh off recent San Diego appearances at The Old Globe's AXIS and La Jolla Playhouse's WOW Festival, DrumatiX continues to build momentum as one of Southern California's most distinctive rhythm-based performance companies.
Rhythm Delivered blends tap dance, body percussion, drumming, physical comedy, technology, and surprising instruments made from buckets, barrels, boxes, and everyday items. Created and performed entirely live, the multigenerational show invites audiences into a playful, visually dynamic world where rhythm is discovered in the most unexpected places.
"At DrumatiX, we believe music is in everything we see and touch," said Noa Barankin, Founder and Artistic Director of DrumatiX. "Rhythm Delivered is about creativity, connection, and the joy of making something extraordinary out of the ordinary."
DrumatiX has been presented at venues and festivals across the country, including The Old Globe, La Jolla Playhouse, Providence Performing Arts Center, Lincoln Center, Pasadena Playhouse, and San Diego International Airport's Performing Arts Residency.
