THE HOUSE THAT SEX BUILT is a queer story about love, lust, and cybersex addiction. This innovative narrative--which includes elements of magical realism--exposes the underbelly of sexual addiction to understand its inner-workings, but the author’s intent is not prescriptive. The focus is on recovery, how partners of addicts deal with betrayal-trauma is a personal decision. THE HOUSE THAT SEX BUILT is a stark yet hopeful examination of the human spirit's capacity for change and the enduring power of love and support in the face of overwhelming odds. Through its unflinching narrative, the play invites the audience to reflect on the nature of addiction and the possibility of redemption.
