El Dorado Musical Theatre proudly announces auditions for THE WIZARD OF OZ on August 22 and 23 for all performers between the ages of 6-20.

El Dorado Hils Cast
Auditions: Saturday August 22 at 9am
Callbacks: Monday August 24 at 3:30pm
Granite Bay Cast
Auditions: Sunday August 23 at 1pm
Callbacks: Tuesday August 25 at 3:30pm

Auditioners should arrive dressed to dance. Be prepared to sing a song up to one minute in length either a capella, to a background CD or with the accompanist. A resume is optional but recommended if you are new to EDMT. The location for all auditions and callbacks will be the EDMT Rehearsal Facility 5011 Golden Foothill Parkway #4, El Dorado Hills. Rehearsals begin Tuesday September 1 with performances November 6-22.
Synopsis:
Dorothy Gale of Kansas, like so many girls her age, dreams of what lies over the rainbow. One day a twister hits her farm and carries her away over the rainbow to another world. Come join Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tinman, the Cowardly Lion and Toto as they travel the universe of Dorothy's imagination.
