Award-winning vocalist Susan Mack returns to Jazz on Main, joined by Ron Drotos (piano), Steve Doyle (bass) and Tim Horner (drums). With warmth, wit and elegance, she reimagines jazz standards, classics from the Great American Songbook and contemporary surprises. Described as “sultry and expressive, filled with luscious low notes and layers of texture,” Susan’s singing has been praised for having a “voice as full-bodied as honey with impeccable pitch and delicious taste in music.” She is the recipient of the 2025 MAC (Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs) Award for Best Female Vocalist and the 2024 BroadwayWorld Cabaret Award for Best Vocalist. Blending the soul of jazz with the sophistication of cabaret, Susan celebrates legendary composers from Duke Ellington and Oscar Brown Jr. to Dizzy Gillespie, Burt Bacharach, and Stevie Wonder. She has performed to sold-out audiences at many of New York’s premier venues, including Birdland Jazz Club, Chelsea Table & Stage and Maureen’s Jazz Cellar. Whether breathing new life into a timeless ballad or swinging hard with the band, Susan Mack makes every song a story worth hearing.
