The Apache Relay Plays WHBPAC Tonight
You've heard their hit song "Katie Queen of Tennessee" on WEHM. They've performed at almost every major music festival since their debut in 2011. You may have even seen them open for Grammy award-winning Mumford & Sons. Now it's time to catch this Nashville-based, indie pop outfit headline at WHBPAC while tickets are only $30. Exhibiting an old-school, Righteous Brothers-like aesthetic, Rolling Stone says the band's sound "...echoes classic Gamble and Huff productions before folding out into a classic Spector-ish wall of sound." Their latest self-titled album was inspired by Shelby Lynne and Richard Swift and shows a band eager to push past their boundaries with a commitment to always evolving their sound. All signs point onward and upward for these rising stars!
