Featuring 100 animated films from Disney, this special collection features a stunning array of Disney Animation and Pixar classics including Bambi, Sleeping Beauty, The Lion King, Toy Story, Frozen and Encanto. One might think it difficult for a performing arts group to have many new experiences after performing 77 seasons - not so for the exuberant Anchorage Symphony Orchestra, who have celebrated a season of firsts - their first season in 3 years with a full, in-person audience; the first season with new Music Director Elizabeth Schulze, and the first season with Ludek Wojtkowski as their new Concertmaster.

Animation Magazine has unveiled its list of this year's distinguished Animation Hall of Fame Game-Changers award recipients. The honorees will receive their awards at the World Animation & VFX Summit Opening Night Party on Sunday, Nov. 3 at the newly remodeled The Garland Hotel in N. Hollywood, Calif.

Today, D23, the official Disney fan club, has announced the eleven recipients for the 2019 Disney Legends Award.
