Burning Coal Theatre Company presents the KidsWrite! Festival 2025, showcasing original one-act plays written by North Carolina students in grades 6-12. This year's lineup includes seven finalist scripts, such as The Ballad of a Music Duo and Fairies by Caroline Zyla and Titanium Lovers by Sheila Awasthi, among others. Directed by Susan Gross, the festival will run from May 23 to 24, featuring young talent exploring diverse themes and storytelling styles.
