AVL Sounds Fest is a four-day citywide music festival presented by Wicked Weed Brewing and Worthwhile Sounds, featuring more than 150 acts performing across more than 15 indoor and outdoor venues throughout Asheville. Headliners include Philadelphia indie rock band Dr. Dog and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band from New Orleans. Additional highlights include Young Gun Silver Fox, Tyler Ramsey, Carl Broemel of My Morning Jacket, Electrolust, Toubab Krewe, Amanda Anne Platt & the Honeycutters, The Hypos, and Floating Action. Venues include The Grey Eagle, Orange Peel, Asheville Music Hall, Eulogy, Fleetwood's, French Broad River Brewery, Asheville Yards, Hellbender, Revival, and The Mule.
