Samsara at Profile Theatre

Samsara, a play by Lauren Yee, explores the complexities of modern-day colonialism through the story of suburban couple Katie and Craig, who hire surrogate mother Suraiya from Ahmedabad, India. As the trio navigates their insecurities and hopes across continents, they are further entangled by quirky characters, including a troublesome Frenchman and a spirited fetus. Co-directed by Jamie M.
