A one-person show from Fuse Theatre Ensemble starring Recta Borealis, an alter-ego of Fuse's longtime artistic director Rusty Tennant. The performance travels back to City Club in downtown Detroit in the early 90's, lip syncing to NIN, PIG, Pigface, and Julien-K while telling the story of a world on the brink. Described as part drag, part clown, part goth, part mess, the show explores themes of rage and hopelessness through alternative music genres including industrial, metal, and goth. Signature makeup, costume changes, and interstitial videos with scrolling text help narrate the story.
