From the Ground Up, Portland's generative feminist arts incubator founded by Katherine Murphy Lewis, celebrates its tenth anniversary with its largest festival to date. The festival brings together twelve artists across performance, dance, theater, clowning, and photography, featuring a Featured Artist, an Artist Residency cohort, the inaugural Liminal Series, and a debut visual art installation. Works span themes of grief, identity, neurodivergence, religious trauma, motherhood, and belonging.
