triangle productions! kicks off its 24th season with the Oregon premiere of the seven-time Tony Award winning musical based on Manuel Puig's novel of the same name, KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN. The show runs September 5-29.

Book by Terrance McNally, Music by John Kander and Fred Ebb (Cabaret and Chicago).

Set in a Latin-American prison, Molina is serving an eight-year sentence for 'corrupting a minor'. Thrown into his cell is Valentin, a revolutionary who was arrested and interrogated for passing travel documents to a political fugitive. Molina drifts from reality to fantasy, and is obsessed with his favorite movie-legend Aurora in the role he fears most, a Spider Woman who kills with her kiss. NOTE: This show contains strong language, situations and nudity.

Featuring Margie Boulé as the Spider Woman, with Bobby Ryan, Matthew Storm, Ron Harman, Matthew Brown, Gabriel Mikalson, Crystal Muñoz, and Alexander E. Salazar.

Directed by Donald Horn, Musical Direction by Jonathan Quesenberry, Choreographed by SAra Martins, Lighting by Jeff Woods.

The play runs September 5-29, Thursdays-Saturday at 7:30pm, Sundays at 2pm (no show on September 8) at The Sanctuary @ Sandy Plaza (1785 NE Sandy Blvd). Tickets are $15-35 and can be purchased online at www.tripro.org or by phone: 503-239-5919.
