Triangle to Present Steven Tomlinson's AMERICAN FIESTA, 11/27-12/22
triangle productions! presents the Northwest premiere of Steven Tomlinson's American Fiesta, winner of 2006 Best Play by an Emerging Playwright by the American Theatre Critics Association.
A man's obsessive search for vintage Fiesta dinnerware also finds him seeking acceptance from his parents for his upcoming same-sex marriage. Gary Wayne Cash plays multiple roles in the Northwest premiere of this humorous and heartfelt one-man show. His antic journey across America to track down that perfect piece sheds light on our cultural/political divide and the prospect of finding common ground. Directed by Donald Horn; Lighting Design by Jeff Woods
The play opens on Wednesday, November 27. Performances continue November 29-December 22, 2013, Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:30pm, Sundays at 2pm (no show on Thanksgiving-November 28). Tickets $15-35. www.tripro.org. Box office: 503-239-5919.
