Back in October actress Wendy Westerwelle woke up, went downstairs made a cup of coffee and went out to the back deck to chat with her husband. When she arrived she found the top of his head bobbing in the water. She screamed, dropped the coffee cup and tried with all her might to pull him out of the water. Mark, being 6'6 and Wendy at 5'4" couldn't retrieve his body - fortunately, a woman was staying at her home and helped Wendy call the paramedics, her Rabbi, and console Wendy.

In January of this year, Wendy went to take her dog Sadie outside and slipped on some ice and cracked her hip - rushed to surgery where she had pins put in her hip. TODAY - Wendy is back to work at Adorn on Division, is walking without any assistance and will open GOLDA'S BALCONY here at triangle on time!

This show means a lot to her as being Jewish, Golda Meir is truly a historic figure for Wendy and someone Wendy has wanted to play for years. So, to have these horrible things happen almost broke Wendy. "Donald, my other choice is to check out". But, she's fought hard and is working to make Golda something SHE can be proud of.
