After three successful seasons in New York City, United Solo, the world's largest solo theatre festival, will expand its operations beyond the United States. A selection of high-quality one-person productions, including those awarded in previous seasons, will be presented today, September 12-15, 2013 on the stage of Teatr Syrena, a premier three-hundred-seat venue located in downtown Warsaw, Poland.

This European presentation, billed as "United Solo Europe," is a showcase for overseas audiences. The program will feature Regina Advento, a member of Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, with her new solo show, "Dreamlines." Regina will be joining United Solo veterans and award winners Bill Bowers, Mark Gindick, Herbert Kaluza, Ewa Kasprzyk, and Anthony Nikolchev.

"Our New York plans remain unaffected," said Omar Sangare, founder and artistic director of United Solo. "This year for the fourth time, our Festival will present the world's largest selection of solo theatre at Theatre Row in NYC in October and November, and we will continue to bring solo shows to New York in upcoming seasons."
