Throughline Theatre Company Brings Inventive Staging to AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, Now thru 7/28

The Weston family has slowly and efficiently torn itself apart through decades of abandonment, misunderstanding, and narcissism; but are unceremoniously thrown together again following the disappearance of their reluctant patriarch.  Throughline Theatre Company presents August: Osage County tonight, July 20th at the Grey Box Theatre on Butler St. in Lawrenceville.

August: Osage County has received as many awards and accolades as a new play could hope to, but has also resonated with audiences everywhere. The darkly comic family tragedy created by Tracy Letts has been compared to the best works by Eugene O'Neill and Arthur Miller, yet with characters as distinctive and fresh as any contemporary American play can boast.
