Pittsburgh HAMILTON Tickets on Sale Monday, November 5th

The long-awaited National Tour of Hamilton is coming to Pittsburgh in January 2019, and tickets go on sale this Monday, November 5, 2018 at 9 a.m. Here's the best way to secure your tickets to the hottest event of the winter season:

The only way to purchase Hamilton tickets online and for the best price is at TrustArts.org. In order to purchase tickets, you must have an account with TrustArts; the account is free to set up and only takes a few moments.

On Monday, November 5, when you and thousands of other fans flock to the site before 9 a.m., you will be placed in an online waiting room. At 9 a.m., everyone in the waiting room will be randomly assigned a spot in line. This randomization, as the Cultural Trust says, is to deter brokers and ticket resellers. Everyone who enters the site after 9 a.m. will be given a spot at the end of the online queue.

The Trust also recommends preplanning the performance and price ranges you would like to purchase. Hamilton is playing in Pittsburgh from January 1 - 27, 2019. Tickets range in prices from $81 to $190.25, with a select number of $490.25 premium seats. There is a limit of four tickets per person.

Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Box Office at Theater Square at 9 a.m. on Monday. A line may begin forming before 9 a.m., but no earlier that 6 a.m. outside the box office. There will be no phone sales for Hamilton on Monday, November 5.

Additionally, a lottery will be held at every performance for 40 orchestra tickets, at $10 a ticket. Details of that will be released closer to the performances.
