ASU Gammage Hosts Official Tony Awards Viewing Party, 6/13
Residents of Tempe, Arizona will have the opportunity to watch the Tony Awards LIVE, at an Official Viewing Party on Sunday, June 13. The event will take place at Arizona State University's ASU Gammage, one of the largest university-based presenters of performing arts in the world. The viewing party and black-tie event is in collaboration with Tony Award Productions.
Attendees will be able to see Tony winners before Arizona's local telecast, take home an Official Tony Playbill, and be in the presence of local celebrities. In addition to the 5 pm screening, red carpet festivities will kick off at 4 pm.
"I have had the pleasure to see the Tonys live for many years in New York. This year, 3,000 people can join us at ASU Gammage to see the stars, the performances and of course who walks away with the Tony Awards live first-hand. We are thrilled that ASU Gammage will be the next-best place to be on Tony night.", said Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, Executive Director of ASU Gammage, as well as Arizona's only Tony voter.
To reserve seats for ASU Gammage's Official Tony Viewing Party, call the Box Office at (480) 965-3434. Tickets are $20 and $35 for reserved seating and $150 for the Viewing Party AND a VIP post-show dinner. For more information, visit www.asugammage.com.
