ActorsNET is proud to present a special event showcasing Nauset Light, a new original work by local playwright and director Rick Goodwin, offering audiences an intimate and deeply human story told up close.

In an eclectic beach house overlooking the ocean on Cape Cod, Eleanor Brindle is visited in the early hours of the morning by the daughter she hasn’t seen since Caitlin walked out of her life ten years earlier. As mother and daughter attempt to reestablish some kind of connection, they repeatedly butt heads, gain insight into one another, and ultimately reveal their vulnerabilities. Yet the one thing neither of them can move past is the haunting memory of the vicious confrontation a decade ago - an event that severed a relationship that had already been fractious at best.
