Actress Ms. Susan Wefel Will Be Guest Narrator For AIB's THE NUTCRACKER

Let The Fun And Fantasy Of The Nutcracker Begin!! A beloved Christmas classic returns with this year's annual production of the Nutcracker!

The Academy of International Ballet (AIB) in Media, PA is pleased to announce that Ms. Susan Wefel will be the "On Stage Guest Narrator" for the 12 noon performance of the Nutcracker Ballet on Saturday December 16, 2017 at the Strath Haven Middle School, 200 S. Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086.

Susan is a well recognized professional actress in our region and has performed in a wide spectrum of roles at the Hedgerow Theatre, The Media Theatre and the Wilma Theatre in shows such as, Sideshow, Billy Elliot, The Addam's Family, Fiddler on the Roof, MacBeth, Tartuffe, Dorothy Parker and Friends, Orpheus Descending, Equus, Vanities, The Wizard of Oz, Oklahoma, Marat/Sade to name just a few
Ms. Wefel is a graduate of Boston University Theatre School, BFA in Acting and has trained at the Williamstown Summer Theatre Apprentice Program, The Long Wharf Children's Theatre, Yale Dramat at Yale University, The British American Drama Academy, and the Hedgerow Theatre School.
In addition, Susan is an active community leader serving as a Teaching Artist in the City of Chester for over 12 years, the Chester Community Charter School, the Boys and Girls Club of Chester, and also serves as a Board Member at the Hedgerow Theatre.

Susan will share with our audience the story and themes of the Nutcracker Ballet including her personal thoughts on why the Nutcracker Ballet is so important to all during the holiday season.

Saturday, December 16 at 12 noon and 4:00 pm. All tickets are $20.00
