His Majesty's Theatre Presents the Concert Series MORNING MELODIES, 4/2-12/17

Presented by Perth Theatre Trust and His Majesty's Theatre the popular Morning Melodies season for 2014 commences Wednesday 2 April and continues till Wednesday 17 December with four very special concerts at 10.30am in the splendid surroundings of His Majesty's Theatre.

Wednesday 2 April, Movin' to Motown features Nine-piece soul band Stratosfunk paying tribute to the Motown greats including The Supremes, The Temptations, Marvin Gay, Martha & The Vandellas and much more.

Wednesday 25 June, Danza Viva Thrill to the passion and colour of the talented and versatile Danza Viva Spanish Dance Company with Deanna Blacher's choreography of Rodrigo's much loved Concierto de Aranjuez in a feast of castanets, hypnotic rhythms and colourfully eye-catching costumes.

Wednesday 8 October A Celebration of Music Theatre with Western Australian Academy of Performing Art's internationally renowned Music Theatre course continues to make headlines with its star-studded alumni landing roles in Grease, King Kong, South Pacific, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and LES MISERABLES.

Wednesday 17 December The First Day Of Christmas, West Australian Opera's rising stars of the Young Artists Programme celebrate the season with an uplifting Christmas concert.
