Baghdaddy (formerly known as, Who's Your Baghdaddy?) by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo returned to NYC beginning April 6 for an opening on Monday, May 1, 2017 and an initial run through June 18, 2017 at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street). Premieres, the New York based music theater organization whose mission is 'to bring new music theater to light,' presents this season's Inner Voices, the biannual series of solo works featuring news teams of playwrights and composers. Performances started on Saturday, October 4th at The TBG Theatre (312 West 36th Street - between 8th & 9th Avenues). Opening Night is this Saturday, October 11th at 8:00pm. Big Thunder Productions will present Mercury Rising, a Benefit Concert by MSS Alums in the Big Apple, a cabaret event to be performed on Sunday, September 15th at 4pm at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The event will feature songs from new, bound-for-Broadway musicals written by up-and-coming composers and lyricists from all over the globe, including Mercury Summer Stock's own Dan Marshall, Carla Rose Fisher, and Aliyana Stewart. This benefit concert will feature Broadway's Corey Mach and Drew Aber, and over a dozen of Mercury's NYC-based professional alumni, along with special guest Marissa Rosen.
