The Broadway engagement of Jez Butterworth's The Ferryman, the critically acclaimed, wildly popular play directed by Sam Mendes, is currently in previews at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 W. 45th Street). The production will celebrate opening night on Sunday, October 21.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) began previews on May 28 for THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, the first show of The Public's 2013 season of free Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte. The cast of Paper Mill Playhouse's premiere of a new Disney stage musical, Newsies met the press yesterday, and BroadwayWorld was there for the event! Revolutionary newsie Jack Kelly will be portrayed by Jeremy Jordan of Broadway's West Side Story and Rock of Ages. Tony® Award nominee John Dossett will play newspaper giant Joseph Pulitzer. The show begins performances on Thursday, September 15. The official press opening is scheduled for Sunday, September 25. Check out our video below!
