For over twenty-five years, the late Bradshaw Smith (Founder & Executive Producer of "Broadway Beat" and Applause Video) was the theater world's preeminent videographer, capturing over 1,000 performances on Broadway, off-Broadway, in cabaret halls and beyond that now, because of him, live on today. Bradshaw Smith died on January 16, 2012, at age 57, following a sudden and severe stroke. To conclude the intimate memorial, Bradshaw's longtime friend and editor, Jonathan Frank, compiled the best of Bradshaw's work as a video artist. Kander will be celebrated for contributing some of the most important works of musical theatre - along with his late partner Fred Ebb - to the canon including Cabaret and Chicago - also major motion pictures - Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Act, Woman of the Year, The Rink, Curtains, The Scottsboro Boys and more.

On last night's Jonah Hill-hosted SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, Oscar nominee Kristen Wiig performed an impersionation of a 1982 version of the legendary Liza Minnelli in a sketch entitled 'Liza Minnelli Tries to Turn Off a Lamp.'

With honors ranging from the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame to the Tony Awards, Broadway's best performers gathered last night, February 27, to raise awareness of the rare disease, pulmonary fibrosis, and honor the memory of Associated Press theater critic, Michael Kuchwara (today would have been Kuchwara's 65th Birthday). Hosted by award-winning actress and devoted Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) advocate Julie Halston, Broadway Belts for PFF! returned to Birdland in New York City for a second successful year. The event raised almost $50,000 to benefit the Foundation.

GLEE's Darren Criss and Kermit the Frog performed a duet for E! Online. They sang 'Rainbow Connection' at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for E!'s live Oscar countdown. Their duet is in honor of the Oscar-nominated song 'Man or Muppet' from 'The Muppet Movie.' Check out their performance below!
