The Jewish Repertory Theater presents a reading of Atlanta playwright Hank Kimmel's HOLIDAY SHORTS, Monday, December 2, 7-9 pm at the Maxine and Robert Seller Theater, located inside the Jewish Community Center at 2640 North Forest Road, Amherst. HERE Announces Call For Applications To Signature Multi-Year $100,000 Residency Program

HERE has announced that applications for the HERE Artist Residency Program (HARP) are currently open. This multi-year, $100,000 residency program was created in 1999 and serves as a national model. HARP provides commission funds, development support, career planning, fiscal sponsorship, and a full production to recipients, all within a collaborative environment of peers working across artistic disciplines including theatre, dance, music, puppetry, visual art, and new media. HARP provides significant long-term support, as well as up to $50,000 in cash and more than $50,000 in space, equipment, and services over two to three years. Each residency is tailored to the needs of the artist.

HBO Max and Sesame Workshop Announce New Content Partnership

HBO Max solidifies its commitment to kids' and family programming announcing today an expansive partnership with Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit media and educational organization, to bring four new series and five new seasons of Sesame Street, annual specials, as well as its historic 50-year library, to HBO Max, scheduled to launch in spring of 2020. Beginning with season 51, Sesame Street will premiere on HBO Max and then continue to air for free on PBS KIDS. Newly commissioned HBO Max content will also be made available to PBS KIDS after premiering on HBO Max. HBO will continue to air Sesame Street through season 50.
Paramount Launches First Digital Series with ON LOCATION Hosted by Josh Horowitz

Paramount Network today launched its first original digital series, On Location, hosted by Josh Horowitz. Each episode includes Horowitz interviewing a filmmaker or actor of note - including Michael Mann, Zooey Deschanel, M. Night Shyamalan, Kevin Smith, Lance Reddick and Robert Patrick - at a memorable filming location from their iconic movies. The first episode is now available on Paramount Network's YouTube Channel with Lance Reddick walking the streets of Manhattan where he filmed his memorable scenes in the John Wick movies. Content from the series will also appear on Paramount Network's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.

Derek Theler, Beth Riesgraf, Usman Ally, Lamont Thompson, Artur Benson and Aaron Glenane join the cast of Paramount Network's new scripted comedic drama series 68 Whiskey from Imagine Television Studios and CBS Television Studios. They join previously announced cast members Sam Keeley, Gage Golightly, Cristina Rodlo, Jeremy Tardy and Nicholas Coombe. Production on the first season of 68 Whiskey is underway with the series scheduled to premiere on Paramount Network in early 2020.
