Barry Sloane Joins Cast of ABC's REVENGE

TVLine reports that British actor Barry Sloane has joined the cast of the ABC drama series REVENGE. The actor will be featured in a recurring role in the show's upcoming second season portraying 'Ethan', described as 'a mystery man with ties to Emily's past.'

The Williamston Theater, mid-Michigan's award winning professional theatre company located at 122 S. Putnam in downtown Williamston, kicks off its 2012-2013 Season in September. This season will have two World Premieres along with some familiar faces in familiar roles. The season will include: boom by Peter Sinn Nachtrieb, the World Premiere Ebenezer by Michigan playwright Joseph Zettelmaier, End Days by Deborah Zoe Laufer, Shirley Valentine by Willy Russell, the World Premiere of 10:53 by Michigan playwright Annie Martin and Tuna Does Vegas by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard.

EDUCATING RITA to Play Edinburgh Festival in August

Following a limited season at the Menier Chocolate Factory and a UK Tour Educating Rita, the Olivier Award-winning comedy by Willy Russell, will play at the Assembly George Square Theatre this summer from Wednesday 1st - Sunday 26th August 2012 as part of the 2012 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Claire Sweeney plays Rita and Matthew Kelly is Dr Frank Bryant in a production directed by Tamara Harvey.

Olsen, directed by Ann Mahoney Kadar. Recently displaced from their home of 20 years at Canal Place, they have received support from the Contemporary Arts Center's Performance Support Program.

For the ArtsWest 2012-2013 season, Artistic Director Christopher Zinovitch has announced a selection of plays, beginning in September with a fast-paced irreverent rock musical about the country we live in - a Broadway blockbuster, that received Tony Award© nominations, an Outer Critics Circle Award, and two Drama Desk nominations. The holiday season will include a mix of rockin' holiday hits in a fond salute to 1960's girl groups. Audiences will then travel from Liverpool to Greece with a middle-aged, working class housewife in a classic comic masterpiece. The season's fourth play, another recent Broadway blockbuster, exposes the fundamental truths that result when opposing views of family and friends collide. The season will close with a genius at work as Beethoven and a musicologist examine the creative process against a background of passion and parenthood.
