THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - will celebrate its second birthday with the return of Tony Award winner Lillias Whitewith a Valentine's Day show tonight, Thursday, February 14 at 7:00 PM. White opened the room on Valentine's Day in 2017 and returned last year for the club's special first anniversary. With music direction by Alvin Hough, Jr. (The Color Purple and Once On This Island) and direction by Will Nunziata (Our Guy, Cy and Kander & Ebb's The Act), the evening will explore the power of self-love through soul, sass, and song. Tunes include those written by Smokey Robinson, Cy Coleman, Alan & Marilyn Bergman, William Finn, Hoagy Carmichael, Betty Comden & Adolph Green, Stephen Flaherty & Lynn Ahrens, and more.

The European premiere of Little Miss Sunshine at Arcola Theatre will star Olivier nominee Laura Pitt-Pulford as Sheryl, the matriarch of the eccentric Hoover family, Olivier award winner Gary Wilmot as Grandpa (the role that won Alan Arkin an Academy award), Gabriel Vick as Sheryl's husband Richard, two-time Olivier nominee Paul Keating as Sheryl's brother Frank and Sev Keoshgerian as Sheryl's son Dwayne. The off-Broadway hit musical opens at the Arcola Theatre, London on 21 March 2019 running for a seven-week season before embarking on a UK tour. Further casting for the tour to be announced shortly.

Fountain Hills Theater is excited to announce the second production in their 2018-19 season-their 17th season as a full-time youth theater-"The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee," February 15-March 3, 2019. The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is spelled W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L and follows six awkward adolescents through their daunting and hilarious championship quest. As they navigate the tournament's pressures, the eccentric coterie finds a new sense of belonging. Along the way, they learn that there is more to life than winning a trophy.
