Kechi Playhouse is happy to announce the fourth production of their 41st year: Slow Night, an original play by local playwright, Dawn DeProspo, September 8-October 1.

The Summer Theatre of New Canaan will open its 20th season with the Broadway musical spectacular Beauty And The Beast July 15th.

As its compelling live theatre production of Ordinary People comes to a close this weekend, Town Players of New Canaan has announced that its benefit performance of the show on Saturday, Feb. 25, raised $18,000 to support the New Canaan Urgent Assessment Program.

The winners have been announced for the 2022 BroadwayWorld Washington, DC Awards, honoring the best in regional productions, touring shows, and more which had their first performance between October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

Town Players of New Canaan's upcoming live theatre production of Ordinary People is anything but ordinary. The play, based on the Oscar-winning movie starring Donald Sutherland, Mary Tyler Moore and Timothy Hutton, will open Feb. 17 and run through March 5 at the Powerhouse Theatre in Waveny Park.
