Storm Large, along with her band Le Bonheur, returns to the stage at South Orange Performing Arts Center May 5 at 8 p.m. to enchant audiences with Stormy Love, her singular renditions of American songbook classics. Known for her passionate vocal interpretations and her sizzling stage presence, you will be "taken by Storm" as you experience this sublime and unique performer. After her performance, she will sit down for an interview in the Loft with NY1's Budd Mishkin.

The McCallum Theatre and Jim "Fitz" Fitzgerald present Storm Large and Le Bonheur, as part of the Fitz's Jazz Cafe series, for two performances on Wednesday, January 25, at 8:00pm and Thursday, January 26, at 8:00pm.Storm Large - musician, actor, playwright, author, awesome.  She shot to national prominence in 2006 as a finalist on the CBS show "Rock Star: Supernova," where despite having been eliminated in the week before the finale, Storm built a fan base that follows her around the world to this day.

Sonnet Repertory Theatre celebrates classic theatre for a modern planet with a production of a new musical, The Other Shore, directed by Wade McCollum. Christine Toy Johnson has come full circle in a career with many facets: from her first Equity role to her current stint as Bloody Mary in Guthrie Theater's SOUTH PACIFIC, this Rodgers & Hammerstein musical has been important to her.

Among this year's nominees for Outstanding Musical Production by a Large Theater are WAITRESS and NATASHA, PIERRE, AND THE  GREAT COMET OF 1812, both at American Repertory Theatre. Tony winner Jessie Mueller and Denee Benton also each received nods for their respective performances. 

Sultry and spunky power-vocalist Storm Large is bringing her awesomely fierce sound back to Orange County, this time at Aliso Viejo's state-of-the-art Soka Performing Arts Center on Friday, April 1 at 8pm. She'll be joined by her band Le Bonheur to perform an eclectic mix of standard classics and familiar tunes rendered like only she can.
