Por Morir En Abril, Gloria G. Fons Ganó El Premio Bellas Artes Juan Rulfo Para Primera Novela 2019

La Secretaría de Cultura, a través del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura; el Gobierno del Estado de Puebla, mediante su Secretaría de Cultura y Turismo, y la Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, dieron a conocer que Gloria G. Fons (Alma Gloria Gutiérrez Fonseca) es la ganadora del Premio Bellas Artes Juan Rulfo para Primera Novela 2019 por Morir en abril, firmado con el seudónimo Violeta Clark. El acto de premiación será en noviembre en la ciudad de Puebla.

Chicago, Cabaret, Los miserables y El violinista en el tejado, en voz de Solistas Ensamble; dos únicos conciertos

Solistas Ensamble de Bellas Artes, dirigido por Christian Gohmer, ofrecerá un programa dedicado al teatro musical, en el que retomará temas de reconocidos espectáculos, como Chicago, Cabaret, Los miserables y El violinista en el tejado, entre otros. El domingo 14 de julio, a las 13:00, en el Teatro de las Artes del Centro Nacional de las Artes y el viernes 19, a las 18:00, en la Sala Manuel M. Ponce del Palacio de Bellas Artes.

El Centro de Producción de Danza Contemporánea (Ceprodac) del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (INBAL) apoya la creación coreográfica emergente mediante la temporada del Catálogo CeProDaC, un espacio para los nuevos discursos escénicos elaborados por su elenco, el que se presentará en la Sala Norma López del Ballet Folklórico de México de Amalia Hernández, con funciones los viernes 17 y 24 de mayo a las 19:00, sábados 18 y 25 a la misma hora; y domingos 19 y 26 a las 18:00. La entrada es gratuita.

Lucina Jiménez, directora general del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (INBAL), en el marco de la toma de posesión, para el periodo 2019-2021, del Comité Nacional Mexicano del Consejo Internacional de Museos (ICOM), donde se designó como presidenta a Maya Dávalos de Camacho.

MUSIQA Presents TRACES OF BLUE At The Match

Musiqa, two-time winner of the Chamber Music America/ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming, starts 2019 at the Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston with Traces of Blue, a program which explores the intersection of music and visual arts.
