Photo Flash: Get A First Look At Shakespeare Theatre Company's RICHARD THE THIRD

After his hit production of King Charles III, David Muse returns to Shakespeare Theatre Company to direct Shakespeare's Richard the Third, a mesmerizing chronicle of the megalomaniac's rampage to the throne. The production will play at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW) from February 5-March 10, 2019.

Stockard Channing And Robert Sean Leonard Lead Industry Presentation Of Devlin Elliott's BROKEN, Directed By Teddy Bergman

Broken, a new play by Devlin Elliott, will have an industry presentation today, February 8, in New York City. Directed by Teddy Bergman (KPOP, Empire Travel Agency), the cast is led by three-time Emmy and Tony Award winner Stockard Channing and Tony Award winner Robert Sean Leonard who star as a birth-mother and son reunited after decades apart.

BWW Review: THE PRODUCERS at Broward Stage Door Theatre

The Producers is a show that can challenge any major regional theatre with its performance and technical demands. The Stage Door has taken on said challenge with grace. Mary Knapp Releases NEW Album, DISCO ECLIPSE

Great Comet Broadway alum and underground accordion rock chanteuse Mary Knapp a.k.a. Toot Sweet released her third studio album DISCO ECLIPSE on February 1. The record reflects Knapp's experience of the past two years as a Brooklyn musician jumping headfirst into a hit Broadway show, sustaining an injury on the job and facing a paranoid convalescent comedown. Several of the tracks on the album make their official music video debut in Knapp's surreal musical comedy web series, “Toot Sweet's Variety Show,” which Knapp wrote, co-directed, co-edited, produced, and self-released alongside the album. Featured on Bust Magazine in January, the series which tells the story of a musician's circuitous journey to success.
