BroadwayWorld has learned the casting for TUTS' Jerome Robbins' Broadway - the final show in the company's 201819 Season.

Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with its next edition of AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Monday, February 4th at The Green Room 42, Green Fig, Fourth Floor, Yotel NYC, 570 Tenth Avenue (at 42nd Street), New York, NY 10036 at 7 PM. On this very special evening, the series will reach the milestone of having celebrated the talents of over 1000 diffeent peformers in its history. Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences.

THE CAST announced today that six additional Broadway stars have joined the roster of the new digital agency focused squarely on brokering unique partnerships between today's top brands and Broadway's most powerful influencers. Rounding out the agency's "Leading Player" board will be Tony and Grammy Award-winners Billy Porter and Marissa Jaret Winokur along with recording artist Morgan James, Christy Altomare, Josh Strickland, and Andrew Chapelle.

Complete casting has been announced for 54 BELOW CELEBRATES THE RICHARD RODGERS THEATER at Feinstein's/54 Below on Sunday, February 10th, 2019 at 7pm and 9:30pm.

This week, Broadway Dreams and The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization hosted the 70th Anniversary gala concert celebration of the Tony and Pulitzer Prize Award-winning musical triumph, South Pacific.

On Monday, November 19, 2018, Broadway Dreams hosted its annual New York City Showcase, the organization's cornerstone event that affords select students from around the world a once-in-a-lifetime chance to turn their dreams into realities as they perform for every major Broadway casting agency working on Broadway as well as other top industry professionals. 

Last night, New York City Center presented the 75th Anniversary gala presentation of A Chorus Line. BroadwayWorld was at last night's performance, and you can check out photos from the red carpet below!

RRR Creative, an innovative creative agency focused on entertainment and fashion, and D'Marie Analytics, a leading social media analytics and influencer casting company, announced today the development of THE CAST, the first dedicated digital talent agency exclusively representing leading Broadway talent. The new digital agency launches with a roster of Broadway stars across two boards, 'Leading Players' and 'Rising Stars.'

Anniversaries are times to reflect, to evaluate, but also to celebrate. Yesterday with its 60 Years of Musical Theatre: The Best of Maine State Music Theatre gala concert, the Brunswick theatre pulled out all the stops with a big, beautiful Diamond Jubilee gala that proved a stunning culmination to this milestone season. And indeed, six decades after Victoria Crandall launched her dream at the Pickard Theater on the Bowdoin College campus, MSMT can boast numerous reasons to celebrate its history, as well as its present accomplishments and future aspirations. In a matinee and evening stagings that featured musical performances by twenty-one soloists and an ensemble of ten, as well a number of spoken tributes, Artistic Director Curt Dale Clark architected a program that was classy, heartfelt, and rich and deep in the talent it showcased. As with any commemorative event, the program tapped into nostalgia and memory but blended these with a strong sense of the vigorous, energetic, imposing presence this company has become - not only in Midcoast Maine but also as a force in national regional theatre.

The world's greatest love story takes to the streets in the landmark Broadway musical, West Side Story at Barrington Stage. The show began August 3, with opening night set for August 8, for a run through September 1.

The streets of Pittsfield, (more precisely Barrington Stage Co's Boyd Quinson Mainstage on Union Street) became the streets of 1957 New York City as one of the greatest Broadway Shows of all times, West Side Store had it's opening night performance.  Nowadays you don't have gangs fighting on Pittsfield streets but you do have theater goers fighting to get into the many productions of Barrington Stage Co. and the sold out season at Mr. (Bill) Finn's Cabaret.
