Tonys season is here at last and we have photos of all the 2022 Tonys Nominees. The nominations for the biggest Broadway awards ceremony were announced last week on Monday, May 9. Leading the pack was A Strange Loop with eleven nominations, followed closely by MJ and Paradise Square, with ten nominations each.

Sarah Paulson, Uzo Aduba, Anthony Mackie, Martin Freeman, Nick Robinson, and Hillary Baack will star in a new film adaption of Bruce Norris' Claybourne Park. Tony-nominee Pam MacKinnon is also set to direct the new film. The play premiered on Broadway in 2012, winning the Tony Award for Best Play.

The one-hour one-man comedy opens Wednesday, May 18th 2022 at 7:00 pm and continues Wednesday through Sundays at 7:00 pm with Sunday Matinees at 3:00 pm through Sunday, May 29th 2022. The original cast of The Play That Goes Wrong are reprising their roles for two weeks as part of the production's current UK tour, 10 years after they first performed the play at The Old Red Lion Pub Theatre.

Yale Repertory Theatre will conclude its 2022 season with Between Two Knees. The play, written by the intertribal sketch comedy troupe The 1491s and directed by Eric Ting, is presented with Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Between Two Knees will be performed May 12–June 4 at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street).
