Dolly looks swell as ever as Goodspeed Musicals brings everyone's favorite meddlesome matchmaker to its main stage. Hello, Dolly! will run from tonight, June 28 - September 14 at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, Conn. Official Press Opening will be July 17, 2013.

Goodspeed Musicals recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary by hosting a Golden Anniversary Spectacular Gala Event. Those in attendance included Rita Gardner, Andrea McArdle, Walter Charles, Daniel Plimpton, Louise Pitre, Ronn Carroll, Eli Baker, Michael Price, John Barlow, Charles Strouse, Martin Charnin and many more!

Ms. Blackhurst is best known for her award-winning tribute to Ethel Merman, Everything the Traffic Will Allow, which she has performed in venues across the U.S. and in London. She was most recently seen in Happy Huntingat The York Theatre. She also created the role of Miss Lemon in the new musical The Nutty Professor, which premiered this past summer in Nashville. On April 6, Their Most Imperial and Sovereign Majesties, Emperor XXI Ritz Kraka and Empress XXVI Witti Repartee, presented The Night of a Thousand Gowns -- a dazzling display of regal glamour, an opportunity to celebrate the LGBT community, and in particular, the colorful cross-dressing segment of that community. In its twenty-seven year history the Imperial Court of New York has donated over 1.5 million dollars to worthy LGBT, HIV/AIDS and youth enrichment related causes.
