Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Below, BroadwayWorld brings you some cabaret highlights for this week as picked by our theatre editors, including: The Essential Liz Callaway; Lena Hall: The Villa Satori, Growing up Haight Ashbury; The Kerrigan & Lowdermilk Songbook; Jay Malsky is...Elaine Stritch: Merry Christmas; and A Very Funny Broadway Holiday.

On December 6th several Broadway favorites will kick off the Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza season with a concert of comedic holiday songs in 'A Very Broadway Holiday' at Feinstein's/54 Below.

On August 24, 2014, NEWISES closed on Broadway. Exactly one year later, cast members from the hit Broadway musical came together on the stage of 54 Below to reminisce. In the lineup were songs of various music styles, stories and memories of their time with the show. Below, watch as Andrew Keenan-Bolger, the original Crutchie, performs 'Letter from the Refuge'- a song that wasn't added to the show until the launch of the national tour.

Audiences in Orange County were treated to live performances of shows featured in the 2015-2016 season at the Segerstrom Center. The shows featured were THE LION KING, CABARET, NEWSIES, CINDERELLA, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and THE ILLUSIONISTS. Scroll for performance photos below!

Award winning musical theatre songwriter, Michael Finke, comes out of 'writing hibernation' and returns to 54 Below this spring with an all new and innovative theatrical concert. Audiences can expect to hear an array of new material as well as some audience favorites from musicals such as Reporting Live, Caroline and George, and Other People's Relationships. The evening will also include several world premiere songs from the upcoming operetta, Hurricane.
